The dreaded flashing red light on the grinder pump came on today. I have to say the technician that came out was absolutely wonderful. Thank you Adam for your time and knowledge and getting our grinder pump up and going again!!!
Just watched a large service truck run the light on Eastern shore blvd, it didn’t just turn red either!! He stopped fully and then decided to run it anyways while people were going the other way on their green!! It’s no lefts on red for a reason.
Totally awesome crew. Alot of confusion on our sewer install, not anyones fault as we considered it just a learning lesson. All of the crew members, and their Supervisor, rocked so very polite and understanding.
I called to pay off in full for finance charges AND my monthly bill but they’re still claiming I owe them money. This company seems like a scam and Christen was not helpful at all! I got THREE different explanations from three different people on what went wrong when I paid that bill ranging from a missed payment (which didn’t happen) to a computer error. Christen didn’t seem to care one bit and only kept stating over and over that even if they messed up she wouldn’t or “couldn’t” fix it. This is a disgusting company.
