We purchased our home in 2010 from this builder, it was brand new. Must have been one of his first builds because this house has been a nightmare. In 7 years we have spent a ridiculous amount of money replacing subpar work. Just when we get ready to fix one problem, another one appears. Will be replacing the floors in the next year, because they weren't installed correctly, and have had to save.
