Shelly O’Dell helped us prepare and complete our pre need cremation arrangements for myself and my husband. She answered all of my questions, responded quickly to all my emails and was very helpful explaining the various plans. When we met she was prepared and was very efficient in getting all the paperwork done in less than two hours. Baldwin Brothers was a great company to deal with, from the first day we signed up, to my husband' death and for months after. They were extremely helpful; I can't think of anything they could have done better. Note that they don't fully staff the Naples location; they bring staff down from Fort Myers as needed. Tip: I had ordered 8 death certificates, then after so many friends gave me advice, ordered another 7 more.
