Losing a loved one isn't easy, and as this was my first time actually in the process of it all I was a mess. These patient, kind people assisted me step by step in putting things in order. I was impressed with their calmness,organization and honesty. Not knowing that my aunt had already paid most of the bill, I went and paid it. My aunt, Cynthia, passed away before my family had a chance to make arrangements. She was put on Hospice just 2 weeks before her passing. The Hospice nurse recommended Baldwin Brothers as she was to be cremated. I have never before been in a position where I had to make funeral arrangements. Her daughter and I met with Daniel to make the arrangements. Daniel was very pleasant and kind.
