Anne made this so simple and easy. Cleaned out all of the misconceptions and we were able to walk through it quickly and concisely. Anne was incredibly professional kind and gave a lot of thought, consideration to what I was looking for. The company itself was the first one I saw that had an enhanced area that showed if I was out of the country that all things would be taken care of… So my Family would not have to be concerned about it. I did this, not for me. I did it for my family.
Very easy process and not expensive. Post death went very smoothly.
Today I made my cremation arrangements and feel like a heavy burden has been lifted. Michelle's compassion made the process simple and showed so much care and addressed all my concerns. I hesitated for many years because of the cost and didn't want to face this decision that is my responsibility, and saved my family from the pain of trying to handle it. I very disgusted with the lack of professionalism in picking up the cremains of my grandmother. There was no empathy or consideration shown to my mother while receiving her cremains, I will never recommend going to this place in your time of need with your loved ones.
