I purchased a cremation package from Mike Quigley last week. He was very informative and helpful. Unfortunately I had to cancel the purchase due to my son wanting to take care of it when I die. He thinks it will be cathartic. I contacted Mike to let him know. He was able to stop the process with kindness and no pressure. Thank you Mike, I really appreciate it!

My wife and I pre planned our final arrangements today at Baldwin Brothers. Doug Ranno made the process extremely easy. He explained everything that we needed. Completed the contracts for each of us while having issues with the internet. He sent us a reminder to make sure we were still planning to meet and later follow up with us. When he followed up we were in the parking lot and were able to meet with him 45 minutes ahead of schedule. Probably gave up his lunch time to take care of our needs.
