I had the unfortunate task of choosing and urn for my son. I came to Baldwin Brothers because I had been there the year previous with a friend the energy felt right so I went back. My sister and I made arrangements to go in and purchase an urn for her son who passed away. We spoke to Grace who was extremely knowledgeable and sympathetic to us more so than that situation is expected to be. The with office was very calming and our needs were met quickly because I had spoke to Grace before hand and explained what we were looking to get. She was ready for us. Thank you Grace and Ashley for your professionalism and the hug.

Matt Tucciarelli did an amazing job helping my husband and I create a prearrangement funeral plan. He took time to explain each step of the process and did an amazing job in answering all of our questions. I was very impressed with the compassion and professionalism that everyone showed us.
