Jim Grant did an excellent job of handling everything. I couldn't have asked for better care through the whole process. He kept me informed about the arrival of the death certificates, etc and made sure I knew everything I needed to know. When I was trying to transfer my husband's ashes into a vessel I had, Jim even did that for me. It was a smooth process at a difficult time. Thank you!
My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Michelle who works in the Venice Florida office. Michelle was very pleasant. She was very patient. She answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend her. She made this situation as comfortable and easy as possible and I would recommend her for any of the services at Baldwin Brothers.
From the time we started the pre-arrangements for my mom to the day of her funeral, they were there every step of the way. They did an outstanding job and the price was extremely reasonable compared to other places. I am using them for my own arrangements also.
We met with Michelle Manfredi to plan for our cremation service. She was extremely helpful and informative, putting us at ease. We felt no pressure to shift from our decisions as she honored and provided exactly what we wanted with very reasonable pricing. We would highly recommend her services.
If I could rate zero stars I would. Starting from when they came to pick up my loved one, one person on the second story. My husband and his brother didn't allow him to carry her at all after that.
