Great experience overall. Francisca was very helpful coordinating everything and making the process easy. Matt & Andy were also extremely helpful getting me started and answering my questions along the way. Everyone was responsive, professional & easy to work with. If (and when) you find yourself in need of their services, I highly recommend.

Tom Hoffman presented a seminar that we attended. The presentation was informative and not at all high pressure. We decided to set up our end of life arrangements with Baldwin Brothers because Tom obviously treats this as a ministry. We had a separate meeting with him and in one hour everything was finalized. He is very efficient and represents the company well. Contact Tom. You won’t be disappointed.

My husband was hesitant to attend the seminar, but before we were halfway in to it, he said, "I like what I'm hearing." Tom was very informative, upfront about costs, and there was no high pressure sales pitch. We met with him the next week and sealed the deal! Again, Tom was informative and helped talk us through a couple of questions we had.
