The Baldwin brothers were very,very professional in every way. Losing my mother was a tough pill to swallow. The balwinds basically grabbed my hand and guided me. They gave me all options that were available. They weren’t there to sell me anything or pushing to have a certain funeral. They treated my family as if we were part of their family. It was devasting when my father passed away and my sisters and I were glad we called Baldwin Brothers. Andy and Francisca in the Apopka office were very professional and supportive throughout the process. They were quick to respond to calls and emails and took the time to explain all the options available to our grieving family. They were genuinely empathetic and caring and treated our loved one with respect and dignity.
