We went to a seminar at Miller's Ale House. Tom Hoffman conducted the seminar and treated us to lunch. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He took all our information to give us a quote for what we desired for the process. We set up and appointment to meet with Tom at the Apopka location to finalize the contract. The Baldwin brothers were very,very professional in every way. Losing my mother was a tough pill to swallow. The balwinds basically grabbed my hand and guided me. They gave me all options that were available. They weren’t there to sell me anything or pushing to have a certain funeral. They treated my family as if we were part of their family.
