Ordered some Brass Numbers for my House, but when they arrived, one number was not what inhad ordered. They were very helpful and interested in making it right. They ended up sending me all new Numbers. Great Customer Service and i actually got to talk to a Real Person everytime i called. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
Great Customer service, have shopped here for years!
Fabulous customer service. Eddy patiently walked me through the aesthetic and technical elements of multiple door handles until I found just the right one for my new custom front door. I had spent days going down an internet rabbit hole trying to figure out the best choice until I called Baldwin Brass Center. Eddy was friendly, knowledgeable and the call ended with me buying my forever door handle! Thanks, Eddy!!
