The morning of the appt. for an estimate, I had to send a reminder to Carlos of our appt. He was 30 minutes late. I understand people run behind, so it was not a big deal. After he came to my house, he said I would have an estimate by the end of the day. 15 days later, I reached out to Carlos and he said he was out of town but he would get me an estimate by the end of the day. Baldosa tile replaced some carpet in our home with hardwood. They were easy to talk to and communicate with. They were on time with doing the job and quick with doing it. And the flooring turned out beautiful! I'm very happy with their service.

I had Baldosa Tile finish my floors with 20" ceramic tile. They did a beautiful job. My situation was a little more difficult since I have a sunken living room with two steps down. The tile lines from the hall to the living room floor were perfect. They also had to work with a different, more difficult type of grout that I preferred and it worked out as well. I would recommend them to anyone wanting an efficient, professional job done on the floors in their home.
