Constant idling with driver taking time at delivery location, eating Tatte in cab from the delivery site, or on phone, etc. extremely noisy trucks, perhaps fix your refrigeration motors.
I checked in here at 6 in the morning. They gave me a dock at 10 a.m., and they unloaded my load in an hour. But for no reason, I’m still on the dock at 3 p.m. The red light is still on, and they haven’t given me the paperwork. When I go inside, they speak rudely. Coming here was my first and last mistake. Please, no one should come here—I have never seen such a terrible place before.

Receiving dept is inaccessible for drivers delivering. They don't check the BOL drop box for endless periods of time, leaving drivers waiting unacceptably long. When done unloading, they dont inform drivers they're done. Their red/green lights dont correspond correctly to unloading activities.
