Owner drives like a maniac and when called out he wants to make jokes about it. Dude cut across 3 lanes after just throwing his blinker on. When doing so he nearly hit the front of my vehicle. I honked after braking then called to inform the owner of the driving. Turned out it was him driving and he thought it was funny.
