My dog sadly experienced a vicious attack by another dog. It was an extremely traumatic experience, but we were met with kindness , empathy and understanding from the reception staff, nurses and vets. They assessed her and took her immediately to surgery. Their care was timely, and we were kept fully informed throughout. The whole team at Baldivis veterinary hospital provide seamless, comprehensive gold standard care at a time when you most need them. I’ve been to Baldivis Vet Hospital a couple of times with my dog and every time we have been looked after so well. The vet nurses and vets are lovely and take good care of each pet who enters. They tell you what’s going on at every step and outline treatment plans and follow up appointments. It is reassuring to know someone is on call at all hours of the day and night for emergency situations. I’ve only ever had good experiences here and would recommend if someone is looking for a new vet or needs an emergency appointment.

Staff have no idea how to handle large dogs. They tried to put a muzzle made for a chihuahuas face onto my mastiff

Extremely expensive, playing with people's emotions because they know they love their animals and above all they done euthanasia my dog and they still sending me reminders too bring my dog for check up its been going on for awhile it's very emotional and painful for me, obviously they don't have a record of what they're doing in that clinic
