Just don’t!! So tired of the snappy behaviour… started when my son got his bottom plate…was told to come back if he had to much pain. Next day we came back and got shoved out the back and go told “ what’s bloody wrong with it”. Not impressed at all. Finally further down the track plate got taken out and some teeth needed to be taken out before braces… our dentist needed more clarification so I re booked an appointment only to be snapped at. I had a very positive experience at Baldavis Orthodontic Clinic. The whole team is professional, friendly, and very attentive. From the first consultation, everything was explained clearly and I felt comfortable and well looked after. The clinic is clean and modern, and appointments are always well organised.
