Great and friendly team. Good at explaining everything to you. Would definitely recommend going here.
I saw Dr Nilopher Chaudhry this afternoon with my kids - she was so lovely and made them feel at ease whilst doing a really thorough checkup and clean. Her assistant was also very welcoming. Would not hesitate to recommend them especially for children. Thankyou.
Went there a few months ago with my wife, same cover same treatment which was a scale and clean as a first visit.I was overcharged and when I asked the receptionist just said oh I must have input the wrong codes, not one line but multiple lines.Then the stupid male dentist was so arrogant as if a scale and clean was beneath him and I did request a quote for a crown I needed doing he never did the quotation , just was not interested.Poor practice.
Highly recommend the Clinician team and admin staff at Baldivis Family Dental. They were warm and welcoming from start to finish.
