Dr Leila and her team are fantastic. They listen to our concerns, and give clear advice, with care and compassion. The practice is very clean, and the reception staff are also lovely including Wendy who is always very helpful and cheery!
After 9 years attending the clinic, attended today to see Dr Gadiraju for a general clean and a file of my front tooth (chipped). The treatment was extremly rough and felt rushed. X-rays were done when not needed and felt like it was being done for the sake of the cost (they were not even mentioned or discussed). The kicker was when I looked in the mirror to see the front tooth filed. A very minor chip has resulted in my front top tooth being significantly over-filed (almost at 45 degrees - it looks absolutely rediculous). I... read more
If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. I have severe dental anxiety, the last three visits to any dentist I’ve ended up in tears just from fear, but today was completely different. Shashank and the dental nurse were incredibly kind, patient and reassuring. They put me at ease from the moment I walked in. For the first time in years, I wasn’t fazed at all. I actually left feeling calm and looked after. Thank you both so much
