You will be very satisfied, I asked them to please ask for my daughter when delivering, and to make her feel special. They did that just with a smile, professionalism and loving attitude. Made an order for Valentine's day, the order was accidently lost during the busy period understandably. However Maxine was quick to sort out delivery for the order that afternoon and even threw in an upgrade! Thank you again! Wasn't too happy with the customer service this morning. Went in to ask about wedding flower arrangements and prices. 3 ladies at the counter madly getting stuff done for Valentine's day. I was told they were too busy to help me. I get that it's the day before Valentines day but would of been nice of them to say, sorry we don't have time right now but can I get your contact details to discuss further.
