Dismissive, arguementative, unhelpful. Clinics like this are why ED is over flowing.

The receptionist booked an appointment for me, i got 2 reminders which I responded to . on the day of my appointment - I took the morning off work , drove down - only to be told by the PM that my appointment was cancelled .I asked why i wasnt contacted ,,i was told that she forgot - her contenance was completely arrogant . I expected a call to rebook my procedure but as i type this 1 week later i have heard nothing
