Hi. I'd like to make a complaint regarding the receptionist with the name Norma? Or something. She was INCREDIBLY rude and even phoned me to basically call me a lair. Tried to call 40 minutes before my appointment because my car wasn't starting when I was going to leave and it kept beeping and not ringing out.
