I go to Baldini's on a semi-regular basis and my experience is Not that employees just walk up and strike up conversations with patrons ... even though they recognize me. When I see a change person, Some will nod because they recognize me but Nobody approaches me just to start shooting the breeze!! There is one cocktail waitress whose attitude and service is bar none, though. If she is serving the section where I'm gaming, she will strike up small talk, and she does so with every patron!!
