I love coming to Baldini's to eat and play keno. the staff is always so friendly and nice.
I have been to this casino numerous times and have received quite unsatisfied customer service by several employees there. if you have an issue with players card, good luck getting then to fix it unless it's on their time and terms only. their manager literally walked by me several times, saw my light on and didn't stop. So I then called the number which then sees you to the cashier cage Where a very rude lady places you on hold for 10 minutes and then hangs up on n you.
