Have used them numerous times and I guess as far as plumbers go, they're good. But their lack of communication to the customer, especially front office, is always frustrating. When I needed an AC system they installed fixed, they had to come out 3 times because the 1st part ordered didn't fix it. Then to install 2nd part, front office texts me on the morning they decided to come and install it (no advanced warning) and said guy will be there within the hour. I had a new HVAC system installed by Baldini. Ethan, Ryan and the entire crew were very polite, professional and respectful of my home. There was one minor issue which was resolved immediately. I’m very pleased with the quality of their work and highly recommend them.
Needed to replace a Carrier smart thermostat, two dealers never returned calls. Called Baldini about 7:00 PM did not think a person would answer. The owner answered, we chatted he knew exactly what thermostat I needed his team weas here the next morning 11:00 AM they were done by 12:15PM. The price was extremely competitive. Had our heat system replaced last year and extremely please with it - very efficient. Two minor problems and customer service response was excellent. Had a mini-split installed today and again an excellent job. Two young men installing were polite, personable and knowledgeable. Will stick with a this responsive local company for any of our needs.
I had Baldini come to install a whole home water filter and do maintenance on my tankless water heater. Brayden and Joe were very knowledgeable and skilled at their work. They explained to me what they did and gave instructions for future maintenance. Baldini's pricing was very fair considering the quality and timeliness of their work. I would absolutely recommend them!
