I had a new Carrier oil furnace installed to replace my old failed one. An appointment was set up quickly and the job was evaluated. The inspection was very thorough. All my questions were answered, and I was given competitive quote. The technician was actually early for the appointment which I appreciated. Third time using Baldini over the years since we moved to the area and still can't recommend them enough. They've installed two minisplits for us and replaced our water heater as well. Our latest install by Ethan and Caleb for a second minisplit unit was just completed and went as smoothly as expected. Each crew has always been punctual, professional, and the work always looks great.
Have used them numerous times and I guess as far as plumbers go, they're good. But their lack of communication to the customer, especially front office, is always frustrating. When I needed an AC system they installed fixed, they had to come out 3 times because the 1st part ordered didn't fix it. Then to install 2nd part, front office texts me on the morning they decided to come and install it (no advanced warning) and said guy will be there within the hour. I had a new HVAC system installed by Baldini. Ethan, Ryan and the entire crew were very polite, professional and respectful of my home. There was one minor issue which was resolved immediately. I’m very pleased with the quality of their work and highly recommend them.
Needed to replace a Carrier smart thermostat, two dealers never returned calls. Called Baldini about 7:00 PM did not think a person would answer. The owner answered, we chatted he knew exactly what thermostat I needed his team weas here the next morning 11:00 AM they were done by 12:15PM. The price was extremely competitive.
