Balding served as our essential partner in an historic restoration that our organization led which spanned multiple years. Both Nick & Catherine were excellent to work with. Based on previous experiences working on projects of this magnitude, Balding Design Build has been one of our best experiences. Every one of his employees and subcontractors we have met have been very professional and courteous. From start to finish, our remodel was done professionally. Nick explained the process at our initial meeting and then Eleanor drew up computerized views of several design concepts for us to see mockups and pick our options. Eric and especially Kathleen oversaw the demo and kept the project well organized. Kathleen was an angel during the whole process as she was our daily contact. She was awesome and even cleaned up everyday which helped keep the house livable. We cannot recommend Balding Design enough!
Working with Balding Design Build was terrific. They worked to understand our needs and were totally open to our requests for modifications during the detailed design process.
