Unfortunately if you make an appointment using their online system in good faith you will be surprised on your appointment day that your appointment doesn’t exist even if you had made the appointment almost a month in advance and already had it rescheduled. The reason you’ll have to make the appointment online is because they don’t answer the phone. The office will claim they called you regarding the appointment but they didn’t.
