The brunette front desk receptionist (didn't catch her name) was so helpful and sweet. Nannette, the ultrasound tech, was wonderful and did a great job providing details while conducting my ultrasound. The nurse for Dr. Kemner was extremely curt - both my husband and I felt like I was being interrogated when asked about my medical history and various other questions about my new pregnancy. kandel Brock, RDCS is unprofessional, incompetent and abusive. In her introduction she states, "I'M bossy" and she is the boss in that room with a large burly male (AANHPI) lab tech as her accomplice. While Ms. Brock was aggressive in her behavior to me a 65 y/o female it changed to little girl submission when the lab tech entered the room to start the IV. Terrible medical care. Won’t refill your medication in a timely manner (Dr.Jean Casillan). Doesn’t respond to pharmacy requests. Was told they’d refill my medication for a year after the last visit. Lies. I guess they just want me to have a heart attack. This is the second time. The first time I was going out of the country, followed up on refill requests 2 weeks prior. Rude staff! I visited in person to set up an appointment to see Dr. Buckley. When I walked up to the window. The young, white front desk person didn't greet me at all. She simply asked rudely, "Who are you looking for?" I was immediately turned off. I found out that their office did not accept my type of insurance. It was probably a blessing.
Nowcare Volvo 's staff have excellent customer service. The medical staff are very helpful and caring. 🤗
I have had Dr Loomis for many years as my doctor. She is a wonderful doctor. Even after I moved farther away I still drive to see her.
I love Dr Lap, her nurse Jessica and check in clerk, Lauren. This is a dynamic trio. Lauren is efficient, friendly, helpful. When she left the office for a while- the front desk fell apart. But once you got through that- nurse Jessica checks you in in her friendly , knowledgeable manor. Dr Lap is attentive, kind, smart- she found issues with my blood that had been overlooked by my previous primary doctor. I have recently moved to Texas and really miss this trio. I have been in terrible pain and in the care of Dr Shearin a chiropractor. I have made the appointment referred by Dr Geronilla to a spine specialist for June 1st. I was just in for an appointment with Dr Geronilla on May 17th. He helped me with the pain with an opioid prescription that by schedule was to last 3 days, 10 pills. My OBGYN is a good doctor but Lakeview Medical Center is doing everything to rip the patient off. I had two blood work (Estrodiol and FSH) requested by Dr. Demkowski and he suggested that have them done at their facility; Lakeview Medical Center on Bridge road. They collected my blood and sent it to Labcorp. I am an out-of-pocket patient since I dropped my insurance off 2 months ago (I can't afford $35,000 annual insurance cost for my family anymore) and I already got a quote about how much the cost of those blood tests ... read more
