They are good at producing results but have very poor customer service. It's always difficult and lengthy to get a phone call answered and when you do it's an automatic hold. Messages go un returned for many days. They do a poor job at contacting clients about important documents and information from USCIS. Communication is an absolute 0 in my book. There is no email listed on the site or a contact submissions form, not even a drop box at the door. I bet sending a fax would get a quicker response then the traditional method.... read more

I don't recommend them not happy with the process they did with my citenship case but got paid in full n they slack on my case like they didn't care
