Balderas Appliance is the best, efficient, honest, quick and fair. We have used them on several appliances.
I called, the first time no response. So I tried to leave a voice mail, NO SURPRISE voice-mail box is full. I call a second time, one ring and I was sent straight to voice mail! Would not recommend!!!!!!
Called them on a Wednesday to have them fix my dryer. The technicians response was there was no availability until Monday. We scheduled for them to come at 5:00 on Monday and no one ever showed up!!! No phone call, text, anything despite the fact that I called, sent a text, and could not leave a message as it stated mailbox was full. I called Tuesday morning and the guys response was they changed protocol and no longer make house calls!!!
