El joven q me la entregó quedó en regresar y hacerme ese servicio después y he llamado muchas veces y siempre me inventan algo y quedan en venir y así pierdo días sin salir por esperarlos y nada. BEWARE!! THEY ARE NOW CALLED **EZ GO APPLIANCES**. This is a scam company, and THEY ARE NOT APPLIANCE TECHNICIANS. I called them to identify the problem with my refrigerator as it was not cooling because the evaporator was icing. THEY DID NOT DO A FULL DIAGNOSTIC and went directly to replace the defrost heater. They charged me $90 for the part and $65 for labor. Three days later, the refrigerator’s evaporator started icing again preventing the air to circulate causing the refrigerator and freezer to not cool. I called them t... read more
¡¡TENGA CUIDADO!! AHORA SE LLAMAN **EZ GO APPLIANCE **. Esta es una empresa fraudulenta y NO SON TÉCNICOS DE APARATOS. Los llamé para identificar el problema con mi refrigerador, ya que no enfriaba porque el evaporador se le estaba formando hielo y no derretia. NO HICIERON UN DIAGNÓSTICO COMPLETO y fueron directamente a reemplazar el calentador de descongelación. Me cobraron $90 por la pieza y $65 por mano de obra.
