Better customer service under old management.
I had a terrible experience with Baldeco, wish I had gone elsewhere. I was quoted over email and had to send measurements as I opted for a self install. I had to resend measurements when I realised my wardrobe wasn't square. None of this was confirmed and thankfully I checked before manufacture. A comment about the track length was 'don't you have something you can cut them down if they are too long?' No. I was ordering a custom fit wardrobe, not an off the shelf set. Perfection! We are so in love with Baldeco’s work. We walked in to their shop with ideas in our mind, trusted their work and the result is JUST PERFECTION! 🥹 We are so blessed to found them. The owners are professional, passionate, friendly and honest with what they can do to customise our dream wardrobes.
