For years, I have gone to a large practice for PCP care. I would wait HOURS for my appointment and then only see the physician for maybe 5min. I switched to Dr. Sheba about 6 months ago. She and her staff are always so kind. I was in search of a much smaller practice, where I didn’t feel like a number. I am very happy I switched!

Staff is very irresponsible that I have ever seen. I was following up with them for some urgent supplement for my daughter but they never call back even after 5 follow ups. Today while I was talking she hung up the call. I have seen their irresponsible behavior during office visit as well. They will definitely loose patients if this continues.

I've seen Dr. Naqvi about 5 times and each time I've gone, she's acted like she was being bothered by having to see me. She does not share pertinent information unless you ask her. You have to research your own medical issue before you get there because she will not elaborate any more than she has to. In 5 visits, she's probably spent a total of 12 minutes in the room with me.
