Not terribly impressed yesterday. My surgery got bumped back from 12:30 until 2:00 p.m. and not a single staff member let me know what was going on. I kept waiting...and waiting...and waiting. I wasn't exactly looking forward to the procedure and every time a staff person walked by I hoped that someone would FINALLY be coming to take care of me. Ah, I was disappointed time and again. :-( I did not need to be NPO (nothing by mouth) because I was having local anesthesia- I could have had some juice or cookies since I was there... read more
