Absolutely immaculate vibes! The Martins are incredibly helpful and gracious hosts who can give an info deep dive on anything you can think of in the area. Hikes, local events, shops, you name it and they’ll point ya in the right direction.

Monica and Tony could not have been more accommodating or made our stay any more amazing! Spent 3 nights in the Blue Ridge room and had a wonderful first B&B experience. The room is cozy with a comfy bed and spring fed stream out the window that puts you to sleep. The Bald Mountain House is a beautiful home in an amazing location, very quiet yet conveniently close to town. A beautful B&B with elegant furnishings & very comfortable bed with private bathroom/shower. Monica will set the temp to be whatever is comfortable for you in your room. She is a marvelous cook. She cooks a top notch breakfast & home made cookies during the day. The porch is huge with a large hammock to enjoy. Views of the mountains (incluidng Mt Mitchell) are spectacular. Very close access to the Appalachian trails if you enjoy hiking, We look forward to coming again!
