AVOID!!!! Encourages attendance with COVID-19 symptoms. I called on the morning of appointments for my two children letting them know we were COVID symptomatic and they told me we still had to go in or they would charge us $200 for a “No Show”. Unlike Bald Mountain Behavioral Health, I care about keeping people safe so we canceled the appointments for that day and the following week.
