By paying more attention to their clients. Sending dogs home when they are sick - not good and the owner of the clinic told me to suck it up - when I called back to let Dr Breckenridge that Tina had passed.
I was just told you were very cold to Tina this morning. That is very sad. This baby meant everything to her mama Joi....
RecommendedThey failed our beloved Tina today and now she's gone. When she needed care, they didn't CARE. Pets are family and we pay so they get taken care of like family and when a sick dog is sent home without a plan, they have failed our family. They should've kept her and monitored her until testing came in. We won't suck it up...we'll just spread the word that you suck!!
