Unfortunately we made the mistake of hiring the company for a second time. They were great the first time and then not sure what happened? Request for out of town to hook up a fridge to water and change the fitting under the sink to accommodate it plus the dishwasher. Called for estimate for a plumber and was told $1.25/km for travel and the price for a plumber per hour. Job should be roughly $400 or so. Hired them. I had a plumbing issue on my park model trailer at a golf resort near Entwistle. I called a couple of local plumbers who both seemed very disinterested in helping. Finally I called Bald Eagle in Drayton Valley (about 30 minutes away). They responded by dispatching someone to address my issue that same day. They fixed the problem and even came back a few days later to put some finishing touches on the repair. I found them to be friendly, knowledgeable and extremely willing to help. I highly recommend Bald Eagle.

On Jan 15 we recieved a phone call from our tenants that our septic wasn"t pumping out. We were out of country and unable to help. Our tenants called Bald Eagle and they replaced the defective pump which I had replaced just a year earlier. We were happy for their prompt and proffessional response. Justin came out to inspect my sump for an insurance claim, and I needed to work and leave someone at the house to let them in. They were phenomenal in calling me first thing in the morning after my (non emergency) message, getting a team out by 10am that day, the receptionist helped working with me on a payment (they requested payment at the time of work, but I wasn't present so they cut me some slack until I could come in to the office), and making sure I was in contact with the gentleman (Justin) who actually performed the... read more
