It's great in one sense: lots of space, 2 separate kitchens, great deck. But there are no extra sheets or towels, many little (& some big) broken things every where, bulky/cumbersome furniture, needs more wall hooks, the remote guide is inaccurate, and there was dust on blankets, floors (pre-visit cleaning is not very thorough).

Wish they'd answer the phone or return messages. Would love to make a reservation, but can't seem to talk to anyone. Several tries and three messages left unreturned.
