Bed bugs. No one came to clean the rooms the whole time. No one works here. We only ever talked to the maintenance staff about the bed bugs. They dismantled the bed and put a new bed in the same day before it was cleaned or pest control came.
Would not suggest to my worst enemy.
We love staying here. Every time we come to New Orleans. The rooms are very clean and well kept. The staff is very attentive. The name is a little misleading. There is not breakfast.
We booked Room #5 through AirBnB. The room with the main bed looked nice for two people. But the pullout couch mattress was old and covered in brown stains, I hope there were no bed bugs... At 5 am the water heater burst, the whole bathroom and hallways surrounding the room flooded and I was struggling for about 2 hours to contain the water. The owners never responded to any of the texts or calls. Without AirBnB Support we would have been stranded but luckily we could book a different place through the app... I still don't k... read more
