Definitely, the are not a scam. Legitimate website and phone number. Very nice guy who tried his best to clean my balcony. It's just they need to improve some of their cleaning techniques.
I would also agree that they are a scam taking your phone and email and re-selling it. They always leave you hanging without never confirming the service. Really scetchy.
It is a scam. Try contact them from last year, never respond. Not reply to your quote request, not answer calls.
Definitely a scam. Emailed them and got email back with no information but a price. They didn't even read the email I send to them. Wouldn't trust these guys.
