I’ve been a long-standing resident our newest maintenance manager, Adriane Pino is constantly going above and beyond to not only be there for all residents, but to keep our property, clean of trash and free of bulk items. He is a genuine asset to our community aswell as our community manager Jesse Moya. Jesse is very professional and attentive when handling residence needs. He shows his genuine concern by always making sure the property is safe.
This apartment complex is amazing. The manager Is very professional and make sure his tenants are good the maintenance man is great and he always keeps us informed about things they have weekly events for the community for everyone to come out to so everyone can meet each other and enjoy our community and we also do events where we can ask the maintenance man and the manager questions. any concerns we can bring to them It’s very family friendly the community always stays cleaned !
I just wanna say that Jacinto is a great maintenance man, he assessed the problem right away and was very nice. Also thanks to Jesse the manager for making sure my work orders were done at a timely manner
