I really enjoyed my tour
I had a wonderful time. The tour was fascinating, and the whiskey was fantastic. The tour included a tasting session of the products, and was very enjoyable. I had never actually had Balcones before my visit, and I imagine I will be a regular buyer from now on.
We visited on Thursday Jan 30th. We had originally booked a tour for 6pm but our day's schedule opened up and we were in town earlier than expected. Online we saw there was still availability for earlier tours so we thought we'd stop in and ask if we could take one of those instead. The female bartender/employee(?) in the gray Baylor shirt with brownish hair with a blonde streak was pretty cold and apathetic. I recently took the Balconies Distillery Tour and had a fantastic experience! The tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and kept the entire group engaged with fascinating insights about the distillery’s history and production process.
