My first visit to Balcombe Rd Dental was excellent. Booking was prompt, staff were friendly and dental care was gentle with good explanations of procedures.
Dr Ting is very kind, caring and thorough. For someone that gets nervous at the dentist, they are very accommodating and made the process feel seamless from start to finish.
As soon as you open the door you are greeted with a smile and the warm and bubbly personality of Linda. Our family dentist, Ting and Dr Chen are phenomenal. They are extremely thorough and knowledgable while maintaining a gentleness and care. So much so that even my two young boys have no hesitation jumping in the dentist chair and letting either Dr inspect their teeth. Thank you team ☺️
Always receive excellent care and attention to detail from the lovely dentists at Balcombe Rd Dental in Mentone. They been there for emergencies also and the care received has been fantastic. Highly recommended!
