We truly love living here. The property is always well-maintained, clean, and feels very safe and welcoming. The landscaping and common areas are consistently cared for, which really shows the pride taken in the community. The property manager is incredibly helpful, professional, and approachable. These are not luxury apartments. My child has lived here for 1.5 years...still the knob on the oven has not been replaced after several times asking. You cant even tell what temperature you are cooking. The parking sucks. There is an auto body shop next door and it is impossible to find parking. They take up most of the spots. She has one spot in a gated parking...and literally it takes about 30 times clicking the clicker for the gate to open. We did not think we would get out yesterday.
