The team at Balcom have done an amazing job making sure the units in our building are running in the best shape possible. We’ve had a couple emergency situations and Balcom has always shown up fast and done the job right the first time.

External A/C unit stopped working, Carlos identified the issue as a malfunctioning capacitor. Replaced it quickly, improved the insulation, also checked for coolant leakage. He was quick, professional, and honest! would strongly recommend!
After 3 other techs/companies couldn’t diagnose/fix 2 heat pump units over a 2 month period, Carlos finally fixed both in one afternoon. One, the unit (circuit) board was bad and he happened to have a replacement. Two, the original installers did a crappy job and left the drain hose too short, leading to leaks. Carlos fabricated a custom elbow connector to bridge the gap. Carlos explained clearly and was easy to work with. Now the units both cool and heat well. Super happy!!
