Balcom is personable and professional. Carlos explains everything in detail. We had major problems with out new install with another vendor. Balcom corrected everything.
We had a new heat pump installed, Carlos was very responsive and the team was able to get working right away. Work done was of great quality and the price was very fair. They also came by to fix some other issues and to make sure all the final inspections went well. Would recommend for future work!
Our AC stopped working and they were able to schedule us quickly. The technician explained the issue clearly and got it running again the same day.

Unfortunately even after multiple days followup for fan replacement the communication between balcom and choice home didn't go through, choice home never got the report and balcom says they have sent it. So if you are working with a warranty company, this is not the right place
