Been doing my taxes here for almost 20 years.Since Covid pandemic service has deteriorated badly.People answering the phone rude and unprofessional.On top of that the last time I got my taxes done they got me audited.Deliberately held back tax paperwork I gave them ,to fatten up my refund ,just so they can charge me a ridiculous fee.I believe the original owner has sold this business to some unprofessional novices.My advice stay away..too much stonewalling and no truthful answers.
Well had problems with prices changed when I came to pick it up and there policy about call first but doesn't explain it all to you. sneaky🙏🏻 I got to hope nothing wrong with my taxes after this
