The owner and staff were fantastic when it came to an issue I ran into, they gave me a full credit and advice on a new direction I could go. Just Yesterday 5/23 we rented a van to pick up supplies to redo the bathroom to a handicap bathroom.Alot of huge custom ordered pieces. With l the excitement and paperwork we both forgot about the blankets and dollie we ordered. While in the store my cell rings... While unloading some equipment, there was a small accident with the trailer that resulted in damage to my car. Balcom Brothers accepted responsibility and arranged to repair the damage. The true test of the quality of a company can be seen in how they manage things when stuff goes wrong. They could not have done better. I've been renting from them for 10 years, and remain a happy customer.
This is my second boss plow from these guys. And they are the best place around. Well worth my hour and 15 minute ride. Customer service is best I’ve dealt with the girls in the office are funny and kind. The mechanic did a clean and very impressive fit and finish install on my truck. Will continue to use them for all my snow removal equipment needs.
The owner of Balcoms berated me and my family as we were loading my brothers van into a car transport for his Uhaul trip to TX. He arrived at the business and immediately told us to "get the f*** out of here" because we were temporarily blocking the way to the back of his garage while loading the van onto the transport (as we were finishing up).
