Rented U-Haul van from them. Rental experience was easy and pleasant.
I have rented several times from them and it's always a good experience. One of the few places you call and you aren't annoyed with the person on the other end of the line.
Balcom has helped me out multiple times with big and small rentals. Recently rented their largest excavator and hammer for a rock job and the service and machine was great. Highly recommend them.
