Mr Balch saw me day before court said he would get case dismissed just had to plead to improper lane usage I did he got dui dismissed was quick easy to talk to and ask questions appreciated his help with this case a lot
Mr. Balch is professional and knowledgeable. He has helped me a few times get out of sticky situations. He's also very friendly and compassionate as a public defender.

Mathew did what he could to help me relax and break the tension and then fought like crazy to get me the best deal even with my checkered past.
