Dan was very personable, kind and professional! The quality of the work is outstanding! I had to get a ring resized, the turn around time was under 5 days and my ring looks and fits perfectly! Dan was absolutely amazing to work with! After postponing our wedding twice due to COVID19, when we decided to get married in a months notice I told Dan what I was looking for and he was able to help make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted at a great price. Not to mention the fact that I reached out to him and was able to pick up the ring just two days later. Dan is kind and so willing to help—I honestly can't recommend Balboni Custom Jeweler enough!!
My mom had given me a vintage ring that need a new shank. Dan was very professional and pleasant to work with. I was very happy when I got my ring back after it was fixed. It was like brand new again. It was done in a timely manner and handled with care. Dan a sized my daughter wedding band and very pleased with that as well.
