Terrible, hired this company to manage a very important business seminar travel plan, they screwed everything up. The shuttle left people stranded at the airport, the hotel was nasty and smelly and the they price charged was overinflated. Our staff was complaining the entire trip, look elsewhere for a good agent, these people are disorganized and unprofessional.
