Called office on 3/25/2024 at approximately 09:40a to schedule a FIRST TIME / NEW PATIENT appointment. Was constantly interrupted while trying to explain what insurance told me vs. what (rude) person was saying, was immediately told what they will and will not prescribe for (I. e. pain meds, mental health medication, etc.), kept reiterating "office policy" and "you can go somewhere else", refused to give name and proceeded to hang up on me. COMPLAINT FILED WITH BLUE CROSS COMPLETE on 03/26/2024. I have never been to this off... read more
