My partner and I just spent the weekend at Balboa Bay Resort and had a wonderful stay. The hotel itself and the rooms were beautiful and well kept, but more than anything the service was incredible. My partner was in touch with Keiley from the concierge team ahead of our stay to plan a few thoughtful birthday surprises for me, and she went above and beyond for him, accommodating all of his requests. The weekend was perfect and we would definitely come back!
We rented 3 room for a UCLA college daughter/mother trip- and we could not have had a better experience. From the helpful staff to the beautiful accommodations, we had a perfect weekend!
