Quite dated apartment block, in a good location close to the beach and main street. Didn't use the pool which was tiny and dated. Spacious enough and clean so served our needs and a reasonable price.
The location is fantastic but the rooms need updating

Myself and my partner stayed in Balboa Apartment 7 for a few nights at the start of December. This apartment was stunning and perfect for self catering. The location was fantastic- 5 minute walk to the start of the main strip of restaurants and shops and 1 minute walk to Four mile beach. Apartment 7 had easy access to the pool and looked right out onto the beach. Would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be booking to stay here again
We loved the size of the room, we were in ground floor corner room with a view down the road to the beach. The managers were friendly and good to deal with. We feel it is well worth paying a bit extra for quality accommodation and location. Highly recommend the Balboa apartments.
